Carer Breaks
Funded through the National Lottery and donations, we offer a range of groups and activities throughout the year in Crewe, Macclesfield and across the borough. Groups and breaks are a great opportunity to meet others in a similar situation, try something new and take time out to ‘recharge your batteries’.
These take place at different times and in different locations to reach as many carers as possible across Cheshire East.
Throughout the year we hold a number of fun fundraising events, often in partnership with other groups and organisations. These will be promoted on the website and the regular email updates.
There is a monthly support group for Male Carer in Crewe offering a friendly space for catching up and supporting each other.

Parent Carer Support
We offer monthly support sessions in Crewe and Congleton and a bi-monthly session in Poynton. These offer an opportunity for mutual support and accessing information.
We also offer one to one support in person and by phone to support Parent Carers with issues they face in their caring role.
Throughout the year we also offer a number of events and activities for Parent Carers and their families.

Carers Trust Grant
As a Carers Trust Network Partner, we can apply on behalf of individual carers for grants for items or activities that will benefit them in their caring role or alleviate the additional strain carers may be experiencing as a direct result of their caring role.
This funding is to help address emergencies and difficult situations that caring can create and contribute to.
